"Professional fulfilment must be well planned and worked out, especially when renovating," explains Managing Director Alexander Haß. Qualities that the Haß installation company demonstrates in the window renovation of a residential building in Rendsburg from the 1970s. They drew up a ventilation concept for the Rendsburg residential building and implemented it directly in the company's own window production facility.
Tools for window installation
The Profine 76 MD was chosen for the windows. The triple-glazed version fulfils the modern North German requirements in terms of driving rain resistance and airtightness. During installation, the fitters utilise numerous aids: special transport trolleys bring the windows close to the installation site. Glass suction systems and lifting technology are used for precise work - the latest tools with low vibration transmission are also easy on the employees' joints.
Long-term tightness - with hidden talents from HANNO

It helps to have a strong partner like HANNO at your side," explains installation expert Haß. The sealing and insulation specialist HANNO has proven itself with its high-quality sealing products and services. "Basically, we use all Hanno products depending on the requirements and construction situation," explains Haß, "from Hannoband-BG1 to the DUO Easy 240 foil tape, the Hannoband-3E BG1 multifunctional tape and also the HANNO pre-wall installation system, which we also used on our own new building."
Hannoband BG1 for long-term sealed expansion and connection joints fulfils the requirements of DIN 18542:2020 for stress group BG1 for outdoor applications - awarded the RAL quality mark for 接缝密封 components and systems. The Hannoband-3E BG1 multifunctional tape fulfils the requirements of stress groups MF1 and MF2 按照 DIN 18542:2020 for outdoor applications. The moisture-variable Hanno functional membranes ensure that it is more diffusion-tight on the wetter side than on the other.
Cooperation beyond the team
Close co-operation with the tenants is also important. It is important to keep the residents informed at all times and to coordinate the installation activities with the individual parties - humanity is the key. "Direct contact with tenants and owners is a core competence in the refurbishment of existing properties," summarises Haß.
The result in Rendsburg is insulated, contemporary windows with long-term sealed wall connections that fulfil all RAL installation requirements.

For over ten years, the installation company Haß GmbH from Schönkirchen (Kiel) has been a reliable partner for the delivery and installation of windows, doors, roller shutters and garage doors - with a total of 40 employees and eight installation teams. The company's planning department calculates ventilation concepts, among other things, which are taken into account directly in production. Haß as an asbestos specialist
All fitters at Haß are trained to recognise asbestos and are authorised to carry out expert removal work with TRGS 519 certification. Sensitivity is required here, especially in inhabited buildings. The company handles the entire process - from analysis and removal to disposal.
